Commercial Outsource Relationship Manager

You will have responsibility for developing and maintaining the key commercial relationships with our Outsource Partners and their related contracts within our Home & Business Customer Services (CS) division. This will include handling interactions between the parties at various levels across internal and partner teams, ensuring transparency of communication, understanding each parties objectives and ensuring alignment of the contract and activity of the assigned Outsourced Partner with the CS strategy.

You are required to provide control over contract management including that of changes to contracts to support CS objectives (alongside Procurement), driving performance management in conjunction with operational areas, management of all day to day commercial arrangements associated with the assigned Partner,ensuring alignment to the agreed governance processes and meetings and developing and maintaining the partner relationship across multiple teams.

You will be the first point of contact for any escalated issues so you will need to be able to take an objective, unbiased approach to managing any queries.

What else are we looking for?
•Strong partner management and negotiation skills are essential
•You will have experience of working with or within an Outsource Partner in a commercial relationship/business partner role
•You'll have a deep understanding of budget formulation, management and control
•Passionate about customer experience and how having a Strategic Partner in place can balance both this and cost
•Good knowledge of call centre operations and associated contracts
•You will be highly motivated and have the self awareness to work to demanding targets and deadlines while maintaining a high degree of personal and team organisation and focus
•An understanding of financial procedures, budgeting and business planning
•A strong resilience and experience of operating in a challenging environment
•Love to be part of a team
