Digital Test Lead

We’re are on the hunt for a Digital Test Lead within an Agile Programme, delivering the testing for different streams of change. You have a proven track record of owning the delivery of testing in a large and complex environment. You will love leading multiple teams of test resource, using both waterfall and Agile techniques. Knowledge about test automation framework is also essential  for this role.

 

As the Test Lead you will be responsible for producing detailed test approaches and / or strategies aligning consistently with test principles and utilising the appropriate methods and tools. You should identify, build, lead and maintain a positive working relationship with all partners across multiple franchises, functions, 3rd party providers and at various levels of hierarchy.

 

•You will carry out complex test estimation assessments on major new projects
•You will lead a team of testers, assigning work and tracking progress and capabilities of the individuals
•You will be responsible for the delivery of high level and quality testing that will support customer satisfaction and meet the test scope requirements of the stream project
•You will ensure that the test phase is delivered to the highest quality standards
•Knowledge of SAP systems (ISU, CRM) is preferable
•Knowledge of test automation is essential for this role
•You will love operating within agile methodology and working across a number of mixed scrums
•You will collaborate with various business and technology partners to ensure continuous delivery
