Specialist - Credit Control

 

Have you come from a B2B collections background? Do you have a working knowledge of dealing with complex customer queries? Are you are keen to make your next role in a credit control environment? If so, we want to hear from you.

We are looking for a Collections Specialist to join the team where you will report into the Operations Manager. In this role, you will take end to end ownership of resolving these complex queries for our business customers. You will use a variety of communication methods and skills to negotiate settlements as well as the collection of medium to high value debt. Working as part of a team you will work towards business targets and deadlines where you will have responsibility for servicing a portfolio of clients to deliver cash, bad debt and profit targets.

  • B2B Collections experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Influencing skills at all levels
  • Working towards and meeting targets
