Senior Advisor Revenue Protection

At nower in Leeds we are currently recruiting an additional Senior Advisor for Revenue Protection to join our Leeds office team of 8 people.
As part of Revenue Protection in our Energy Services business area, you will help ensure that npower identifies electricity and gas anomalies that occur across the country. This starts with unusual patterns of consumption being identified and as Senior Advisor you would investigate this through to formal conclusion.
You will own this process from start to finish.

This includes coordinating internal activities and process updates, arranging site visits if necessary by our engineers to clarify or repair any issues, through to logging activities which may be illegal and commencing legal prosecution.

 

Required Skills and Experience
•    You’ll need a good grasp of Microsoft Office i.e basic Excel and Word usage
•    Being naturally curious is an advantage to direct our investigations thoroughly
•    You should enjoy taking complete ownership of an investigation from the very start to finish
•    You’ll like being part of a team but confident to work alone
•    You should be keen to make a positive difference, protecting our vulnerable customers and prosecuting illegal activities
•    Excellent communication skills are important. Talking to external customers and scheduling activities with internal colleagues is integral to this role
