Site Administrator - Triton Knoll

Opportunity within innogy’s renewables  for a Site Administrator to work within our Offshore Wind team in Grimsby, on the Triton Knoll Offshore Wind Farm project.


Principal Accountabilities, including but not limited to:


  • All aspects of general administration and secretarial duties.
  • Support to site team based in the office including arranging travel, accommodation, meeting rooms and events.
  • Contact management to include greeting guests, answering calls, and inter-department liaison.
  • Handling and distribution of all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintaining the filing system and certain document control responsibilities.
  • Raising and tracking purchase orders and team requisitioning.
  • Co-ordinating meetings, drafting agendas and taking minutes.
  • Arranging team conferences, workshops and events.
  • Various ad-hoc duties that arise in terms of office administration.

Skills and experience


  • Good communication skills, must be comfortable liaising with a wide range of people at all professional levels.
  • Reliable, self-sufficient, and motivated with a willingness to learn.
  • Able to demonstrate team working skills and good administrative abilities.
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Sound IT skills, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP.
  • Setting up and managing content of SharePoint pages
