Production Manager - Triton Knoll

Opportunity within innogy’s renewables for a Production Manager to work within our Offshore Wind team in Grimsby on the Triton Knoll Offshore Wind Farm project.

The Triton Knoll Production Manager will be responsible for the delivery and planning of activities associated with Windfarm production and Health and Safety targets.

The role will liaise closely with the O&M Operations Manager and other Stakeholders. The principle role of the Triton Knoll Production Manager is to manager the delivery of the Innogy Renewables UK Ltd and the Wind Turbine Contractor staff associated with the Windfarm.

 

Principal Accountabilities, including but not limited to:

 

 

  • Responsibility for a site team consisting of technicians and other disciplines associated with O&M activities.
  • Managing site operations to maintain excellent standards of Health and Safety.
  • Target setting and development of team.
  • Managing key sub-contractors to ensure the delivery of safe operations and production KPI targets.
  • Strategy and Planning for delivery of O&M activities.

 

Skills and experience

 

 

  • Significant experience / proven track record in a Senior role in the Wind or Power sector.
  • Project management experience.
  • Demonstrate proven leadership qualities and the ability to establish and develop strong cross functional teams.
  • Experience of Service Offshore Vessel (SOV) Operations.
  • Knowledge of Safe Systems of Work both HV and LV systems.
  • Knowledge and experience of Wind Turbine Safety Rules.
  • Experience of Process and Service optimisation.
  • Excellent Health and Safety awareness (NEBOSH General Certificate)
  • Good communications, numeracy and IT Skills.
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail.
