As Working Student People Development you are part of our Development Solutions team. You will support us in shaping the desired learning culture at innogy and designing meaningful development opportunities by using your system-analytical, CX/UX and programming skills. We offer you a deep insight in the field of People Development, specifically Learning & Development, with our international team, working mostly in agile projects.


We offer the following tasks: 

  • You help us to improve visualized Learning Journeys with HTML (Bootstrap), CSS, JavaScript and ASP technically as well as contentual
  • You will analyse usage behaviour, to support drawing conclusions and based on them improving the learner’s experience
  • You support our team in levering the learning experience and foster the capability building of our customers
  • You will be tracking and analysing KPIs to measure success


What you as Working Student People Development ideally bring to the role: 

  • Strong grasp on IT-matters, e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript and ASP
  • Very good MS Excel skills
  • Hands on and customer centric attitude, willingness to pick up variety of activities to optimise client experience
  • A high willingness to work in agile teams
  • Excellent communication skills and business fluent English. Additional German language skills preferable
